Customer comment posted on RateItAll.com March 10, 2010 ~ After a "repair" at another dealer, my 150 still never started right. You had to goose the throttle to start it. Then it would not start at all (original problem). After CCS picked up my bike (amazing pickup rates!) Jeff called me only one day later with news I could get it. Jeff not only fine tuned my valves and carb but also gave it the once over and fixed up things that he found wrong. The service and care was excellent. Scoot starts every time now no problem. CCS cares about their customers no matter what they ride. This is good business, and they have my business from now on. I will recommend to all my friends and coworkers." Dave Meier November 3, 2009 ~ "A friend recommended Jeff to me. Said he was an honest and reliable mechanic. Being a female, I'm naturally leary of mechanics because many think they can pull a fast one over on a gal. Jeff was terrific, and the price was right. I only wish they worked on cars, too!" Diane Tucker

May 20, 2010 ~ "Let me tell you my story. I got a Honda Goldwing, a 1985. I called around NC and SC to see who could fix my bike. Someone told me about CCS, that put me in touch with the man named Jeff. Well, he came and got her and the part and put her back together again. Thanks to Jeff I will be riding my Goldwing soon. Jeff is good wiih his hands, and is a man of his word." Alexander Marshall

May 15, 2010 ~ Maurice Collins was so happy with the work
done on his bike that he bought a Carolina Cycle Solutions

April 30, 2010 ~ "If you haven't used this shop for service yet, you NEED to. I had a slow leak in my clutch master cylinder on my Husqvuarna 450 Supermoto. Carlo got me in and out within an hour and did superb work. I gotta tell you, these techs know their stuff and are not afraid to share their knowledge with you. Nonetheless, they will share some great racing stories during your visit. 100% satisfied." Jeff Stambaugh

I brought Jeff a basket case Honda Z50 two days before Christmas and he has it running like a top for my daughter to receive it on Christmas morning. I will be recommending CCS to all of Madison's riding buddies! Merry Christmas CCS and have a Happy New Year!" Mark Brosch

August 18, 2009 ~ "I was referred to Carolina Cycle Solutions by Ride Now in Concord. Ride Now doesn't work on older bikes, but Carlo was happy to repair my 1983 Yamaha Venture. It runs as if it's new again. Carlo did exceptional work and I highly recommend him and his business partner, Jeff, to anyone who needs work on an older bike, a new bike, a quad...well, anything!" Ken Wagner
July 29, 2009 ~ "These guys really know what they're doing. Both Carlo and Jeff are highly skilled technicians and very conscientous. It feels good to know they are working on my quad as if it were their own." Alex Hilliard
July 7, 2009 ~ "I brought my bike to Jeff when he worked for the dealership in Concord. As soon as I heard he opened his own shop, I started bringing my bike to him in Indian Trail. It's a 30 mile drive, but it's well worth it! He's a true pro; very knowledgeable, personable and an awesome mechanic." Chad Brackbill
